With temps getting cooler, I was inspired to add to my Fall decor collection!
With 3 sizes to make, you will have a size to display anywhere you want!

The bobble stitches on these pumpkins add to the texture & make them unique. This pattern uses single crochets & bobbles made with double crochets. They are easy to make & work up fast! Add a stem & a leaf and they are super cute!
The pumpkins are made in a rectangle, then sewn into a tube. The bottom is then sewn closed. It is then stuffed and sewn closed at the top. Yarn is then wrapped around to make sections on the pumpkin to add to its shape. The stem is then made and sewn on as is the leaf.
The pumpkins measure unsewn, layed flat:
Small: Width 6 inches (15 cm) Length 10 inches (25 cm)
Medium: Width 8.5 inches (22 cm) Length 17 inches (43 cm)
Large: Width 10.5 inches (27 cm) Length 22 inches (56 cm)

All of the basic stitches are used!
This pattern uses single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet & treble crochet. The Bobbles are made using double crochets and the technique is explained in the pattern. The pattern includes step by written instructions with photos at the end of each stage. You can’t go wrong!
Yarn
This pattern uses a worsted weight yarn (4). I used Loops & Threads Soft Classic worsted yarn in the colour in Ginger. I used up some of my scrap yarn to make the stems & leaves. Any yarn weight 4 will do though so long as you meet the correct gauge!
Of the Ginger colour you will need:
Small: Approximately 60 yards
Medium: Approximately 120 yards
Large: Approximately 170 yards
Hooks
US 5 mm or whatever size you need to obtain the correct gauge
Gauge
4” x 4” (10 cm x 10 cm): 13 st x 16 rows in single crochet
